# KHEPRI-400 · Robotic Sandworm Blueprint

A single-file engineering blueprint of a 400 m, 45 m diameter burrowing robot worm.

## Sheets

1. **General arrangement**: live side-elevation simulation. A 22-segment body follows a sinusoidal bore through the dune, dives, cruises and breaches. Joints are solved per frame, so the segments articulate. Also shown are peristaltic ram waves, grip shoes, sensor-ring pings, spinning cutters, sand spray and readouts (depth, pitch, speed, joint flex, chainage, mode). Play/pause and speed controls.
2. **Segment breakdown**: longitudinal cutaway with seven numbered assemblies (head and mouth, sensor ring, 8 forward drive segments, power core, spine and conveyor, 11 aft drive segments, tail), dimension lines and function cards. Hover or tap a balloon or card to cross-highlight.
3. **Mouth cross-section**: section A–A through the grinding petals, three counter-rotating cutter rings, crusher rolls, auger, sieve deck, lining spray and recirculation loop, plus a face view (B). Legend A–K.
4. **Terrain and operations map**: contour plan with the route WP-1 to WP-7, five working zones (A–E), an aquifer hazard, a depth profile with strata and bedrock, and a live marker that travels both views in sync.

## Notes

- Plain SVG generated by inline JS, CSS animations for spinning parts and flow, and `requestAnimationFrame` for the simulation.
- Responsive: SVG viewBoxes, label sizes, and the breakdown orientation (horizontal or vertical) adapt to the screen width and are redrawn on resize or rotation. Full descriptions sit in HTML legends and cards so text stays readable on phones.
- `prefers-reduced-motion` starts the simulation paused and disables decorative animation.
- All figures are invented design targets, not real data.
