# Tidewater

An explorable, entirely procedural tropical island built with Three.js r170.

Serve this directory, then open the displayed address:

Choose **Walk, Swim, Dive, Sail, or Fly** with the buttons or **1–5**. Use **WASD / arrow keys** to move and **drag** the scene to look. **Shift** moves faster; **Space / C** rise and descend in water or flight. Space jumps when walking. In the boat, W/S control speed and A/D steer. **R** returns to the overview, **H** hides the interface, and **?** opens the full guide. Touch devices have on-screen movement buttons.

The time slider and its presets change the sun, sky, water, stars and village lights. The play button lets time pass. Ocean audio is optional and synthesized locally.

All terrain, vegetation, architecture, boats, reef life, surfaces and animation are generated in `island.js`. There are no external textures, models, fonts, or audio assets. The pinned Three.js library and its geometry utility are included in `vendor/` so the scene works without network access once served. A browser with WebGL 2 is required.
