# Tideline — Sundrop Island

A procedural tropical island built with Three.js. All terrain, palms, huts, boats, coral, fish, sky, water, and ambient audio are generated in code. Three.js **0.170.0** is loaded from a pinned CDN; no models or textures are downloaded.

## Run

From this directory:

```sh
python3 -m http.server 8080
```

Open **http://localhost:8080** in a modern browser with WebGL support.

## Explore

| Control | Action |
| --- | --- |
| **1–5** | Walk, swim, dive, sail, or fly |
| **W A S D** / arrow keys | Move; in sail mode, accelerate/reverse and steer |
| **Drag** | Look around |
| **Q / E** | Descend / ascend in dive and fly modes |
| **Shift** | Move faster |
| **Space** | Jump while walking; ascend when diving or flying |
| **Scroll** | Move closer / farther in fly mode |
| **R** | Return to the current mode’s starting point |
| **H** | Hide / show the interface |

Touchscreens also have on-screen movement arrows and depth controls. Click the **Palm Cove** or **Living Reef** markers to visit them. The minimap tracks your location and direction.

Use the time slider to move from morning through sunset to midnight. The play button advances time automatically. The sound button enables synthesized ocean ambience; the adjacent button enters fullscreen.
