Create a cinematic 20-second motion-graphics video at 1920x1080, 30 fps, of a lighthouse on a rocky point in a violent night storm. Its rotating beam guides a small cargo ship safely past the rocks.

[Scenes]
1. 0-4 s: Total darkness and rain. A lightning flash reveals the silhouette of a tall striped lighthouse on jagged rocks, then darkness returns. The camera slowly pushes in from far out at sea.
2. 4-8 s: The lamp ignites with a warm bloom. The beam begins sweeping, a long cone with volumetric falloff. Rain streaks glitter wherever they cross it. The camera drifts left in a slow arc around the tower.
3. 8-13 s: The camera drops low to the waterline. Five parallax layers of waves roll, crest and break against the rocks, throwing seeded spray particles. Far out, the running lights of the cargo ship "Marrow Gull" appear, red and green, pitching in the swell.
4. 13-17 s: The beam sweeps across the ship. For a moment the hull is lit and the ship turns away from the rocks. A double lightning strike lights the entire seascape and the clouds glow from inside. The camera rises.

Use a serif display face with wide tracking, set small and elegant. Lighting is high-contrast chiaroscuro with bloom on the lamp, mist haze and grainy texture. Motion is heavy and weighty: waves on long sine cycles, a slow-eased camera and abrupt but brief lightning.
